Kay Waterproofing Corp is a family-owned business that has been operating since 1970. We offer superior workmanship in Roofing, Waterproofing, Masonry, local law 11 compliance, exterior façade maintenance and cleaning. Leak detection and diagnosis are also an important part of our value engineering. As landlords ourselves, we will treat your building as if it were our own. Our reputation was built on the dedication and skill of our veteran project managers, supervisors, and crews, many of whom have been with us for over two decades. All ofour projects are monitored by an experienced Project Manager and onsite English-speaking foreman.

We place a strong emphasis on safety. As a licensed and certified scaffold rigger, we maintain all training and safety certifications and are compliant with OSHA and other agency codes and regulations. We invest heavily in site safety and carry $12 million dollars of insurance coverage with no labor law exclusions. Working with us will give you options when choosing roofing, coating, and other systems. We are certified by most manufacturers including US Intec, Manville, Firestone, Kemper, Siplast, Prosoco, SIKA, GAF, and more!
